German metal band DUST BOLT will release their 5th studio album “Sound & Fury” on February 23 through AFM Records.

The guys started as childhood friends and for the past 16 years have been consistent in contributing to the rich German metal scene through their modern power metal.  The band have stepped it up even more by creating "Sound & Fury" in a DIY manner with vocals/guitarist Lenny Bruce recording and producing the record.

The origins of "Sound & Fury"  began during the pandemic, a rough time for many including the guys in DUST BOLT who used this time to express their emotions through the songs that developed in this new release.

The songs on "Sound & Fury" are unique from one another, not a cookie cutter album by any stretch.  The latest single to be released is the song "Leave Nothing Behind".  Check out the video here   Crushing guitars and explosive drumming powers this song which shows off Bruce's range as he takes the song from a guttural beast to a melodic monster.

The track "I Witness" is quite simply four minutes of head banging fury.  Bruce and guitarist Flo Dee turn their 6 strings into violent implements of skull smashing destruction.  Heavy as shit and with drummer Nico Rayman's snare matching the guitars trust me, you will want to fuck shit up.

"New Flame" is a speedy little mind-bender, cool riffage and bassist Exx Tom keeps the low end fast and brutal. Check out the very cool, very metal lyric video for this one.  The title track "Sound and Fury" features a more melodic Bruce with stunning guitar work throughout that gives the aura of a giant of a song.  There's so many little add ons in this one that it deserves three of four listens so all the extras can be picked up.  

Touring for DUST BOLT starts in February across Germany and Belgium with a couple killer festival appearances including Full Force Fest on Jun 21.
